1. General Terms

• Each individual may only operate one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be closed.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving Licence
• Birth Registration Certificate

Withdrawal requests may be put on hold until KYC verification is complete.

3. Deposit & Payment Policy

4. Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳300
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳2,00,000
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 3–7 minutes (Mobile Pay/Nagad)
• Bank Transfer: up to 24 hours
• Withdrawals will only be processed via the same method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from bonus balance.

5. Bonus & Voucher Terms

fbajeeeThe following general terms apply to participation in the bonus and voucher program. Individual bonuses may have additional terms, which will be stated on the relevant page.

• Each bonus offer must be used within its specified validity period.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — the required wagering must be completed first.
• Multiple bonuses may not be applicable at the same time.
• The welcome bonus is for new members only and applies to the first deposit exclusively.
• If fraudulent activity is identified after a bonus has been claimed, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• Fbajeee reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.1 How to Understand Wagering Requirements

For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a 100% bonus of ৳1,000, and the wagering requirement is 5x, you must place a total of ৳5,000 (৳1,000 × 5) in bets before withdrawing the bonus amount.

6. Betting Rules

fbajeeeThe following rules apply when placing bets on fbajeee:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the live cash-out feature).
• Fbajeee reserves the right to void any bets placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If the odds change, the updated odds will be shown before you confirm your bet.
• Minimum bet amount: ৳10
• Maximum single bet: varies by event and will be displayed in each market.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities fbajeeeare strictly prohibited on fbajeee. Violations will result in permanent account closure:

1. Operating multiple accounts belonging to the same individual.
2. Attempting to artificially fulfil wagering requirements by manipulating the bonus system.
3. Providing false information on an account.
4. Using another person's account.
5. Placing bets using automated bots or software.
6. Making deposits through a third party or from someone else's account.
7. Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial transactions.
8. Attempting to interfere with or hack the platform's security systems.

8. Account Suspension & Closure Policy

fbajeee The right is reserved to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of the Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity.
• Order from a court or law enforcement authority.

If an account is closed with a valid balance and no violations on record, that balance will be refunded. Bonus balances, however, are non-refundable.

Members may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the support team.
